This Licence Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the creator (WebCom Systems). By using this software product you agree to the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement. For the purposes of the Licence Agreement the term "software" shall mean the products identified above, which includes computer software and any associated media.
The software is protected under copyright laws as well as other intellectual laws and treaties.
Grant of Licence
This Licence Agreement grants you the right to use, as set forth below, one copy of the version number and language of the Software identified above.
The software and its code may be modified by you to suit your own software architecture in any way, but must NOT be copied to another company or individual.
This Licence is for you and no one else.
Description of Other Rights and Limitations
Software Transfer. All rights granted under this Licence Agreement are non-transferable.
Rental. You may not rent, lease or lend the Software.
Modification. You may modify and customise this software as much as you wish, provided you do not resell it. Any changes to the source code should still credit WebCom Systems as the originator.
Support
- Due to the customisable nature of the API Generator, no Support (Technical or otherwise) is given or implied with this product.
- Users may modify the source code to suit their own software architecture.
